Changing work environments, individualism, tech development, loneliness, isolation, new lifestyles and types of interactions in global environments, stress, and burnout are just a few of the factors that contributed to the creation of LINKARYA. It doesn’t matter if you are self-employed or if you work for others. You may work alone, maybe you are part of a team on a project basis, or perhaps you work for a major company. LINKARYA wants to change things, and the key is genuine connection with oneself and with others, despite the distance. <\/p>\n

Here at LYNKARIA, our consultants combine experience in multicultural and remote working environments, creativity, social and organizational psychology, entrepreneurial mindset, and knowledge of a formal coaching method validated by prestigious international organizations such as the ICF, ASESCO, and the EMCC, among other accredited institutions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

LINKARYA was born out of several core needs of mine, both professional and personal. It is, quite simply, “the company I would have liked to have found when I was working for major studios in California, or during my long period as a freelancer while straddling Spain and the United States. <\/p>\n

A unique background, a unique approach<\/strong>
I am a professional with more than fifteen years of experience in communication, leadership, team coordination, and project development in different countries. My career combines the audiovisual world\u2014where I have worked in production, directing actors, and scriptwriting for major production companies in Los Angeles and Madrid\u2014with solid training as an ICF-accredited Executive Coach. This dual perspective allows me to support individuals and teams from a comprehensive approach that combines clear communication, emotional management, and strategic focus. <\/p>\n
